When starting up my business, I wanted to use a local company to produce all my literature and advertising paraphenalia. My initial meetings with Darren Brooks, the owner of Brooklyn Graphics, was optimistic and he promised me a proficient and speedy service. This couldn't have been further from the truth. I provided him with templates showing the intended wording of certain documents but when produced none were exactly as I had requested. His "office" is a shambles, his organisational skills are non-existent and his overall business acumen remains in serious question. I could not recommend this company to anyone.
